Landscaping Careers at Dennis’ 7 Dees

Are you a reliable, hardworking individual with a desire to gain new skills and grow in your career? Do you enjoy working on a team? Do you prefer to be outdoors in nature getting your hands dirty instead of sitting at a desk all day?

If this describes you, then you’ve come to the right place! If you lack experience, it’s not a problem! We provide hands-on training to those who take pride in their work and are willing to learn. What Our Employees Are Saying

Friendly environment. Reliable and longstanding local company with great leadership. Competitive wages and benefits. Promotions mostly come from inside the company (allows talented employees to grow).

I have learned so much about a field I already felt really knowledgeable in. Everyone genuinely wants to help our community increase interest in gardening and native plants. I can also bring my experience and incorporate it into my job very easily.

Making a landscape look great and perform great along with true customer satisfaction is very rewarding and motivating. Also providing an income for my family including commissions is motivating.

I have learned so much about a field I already felt really knowledgeable in. Everyone genuinely wants to help our community increase interest in gardening and native plants. I can also bring my experience and incorporate it into my job very easily.

My job is challenging and rewarding. I love when I can help other departments and employees run their work smoothly. These crews have a really tough job and if I can do anything to help them I want to try. I love that my supervisor agrees and the whole team is very dedicated to the same goals.

If landscaping is a person’s choice vocation, it’s the best in Portland Metro and NW coast. The people and the relationships are great and keep me coming back.

I get paid to do something I enjoy, have great coworkers with similar interests, and I feel generally appreciated and valued as an employee.

There is a great work life balance, I feel appreciated for everything I do. It is more of a lifestyle than work.

I feel I’ve been part of and contributed to something that has evolved into more than I ever expected. We’re nowhere near done either. The pace and experience at which we’re now growing is the most enjoyable, rewarding and fun it’s ever been. I truly respect and enjoy all those I work with and am fortunate to consider many of them my friends. It feels like we’ve turned a significant corner or tipping point and I want to see this through for as long as I can.
