After recently purchasing this wonderful home, the homeowner entrusted Dennis’ 7 Dees to transform the vast outdoor space into something that he, his wife, and their three young girls could enjoy to the fullest. With their family activities in mind, they requested a large pool, a fireplace, and a sport court to give everyone the opportunity to spend ample time outside.

When it came to designs and plant elements, they preferred bold colors and patterns to match their interior furnishings. They also wanted to focus on screening their outdoor living space from neighbors with the use of lush plantings. We integrated an assortment of grasses for pops of color, along with various flowers and foliage to create texture and keep each area exciting and unique.

By installing sand-filled drainage at a 3-foot spacing throughout each lawn area, we were able to eliminate the excessively wet grass, allowing the children to use the lawns for games and outdoor activities year-round.
