Dennis’ 7 Dees is a local, family-owned and operated landscaping and garden center business serving Oregon and SW Washington since 1956. We’re dedicated to growing green spaces and individuals!

Paid Vacation & Sick Leave
Work-life balance is important—you should be able to enjoy time away from work to be with family and friends, enjoy your hobbies, and even just take a breather. We offer paid vacation time and paid sick leave.
Paid Holidays
You’ll receive time and a half pay for working on 3 paid holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day). All stores are closed on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas; full-time employees will receive full pay for these holidays.

As a Dennis’ 7 Dees employee, not only do you get a 25–40% discount at our retail stores, you also get employee store passes and/or discounts at Adidas, Columbia, Danner, and Coastal!
Affordable Health Insurance
Your health is of the utmost importance! That’s why we offer a comprehensive health insurance plan at a low cost to full-time employees and their families after 90 days of employment, along with alternative care, dental, vision, accident insurance, and life insurance.
401k Retirement Plan
All employees are eligible to contribute to our 401k retirement plan with 100% company match for the first 3% of your check and 50% match for the next 2% after one year of employment and at least 1,000 hours worked.
Continuing Education Reimbursement
Dennis’ 7 Dees is committed to supporting education and training of its employees in every facet of our company. We will reimburse up to $500 toward the cost of education that is related to your job.

We have full-time, part-time, and seasonal employment opportunities at each location in Cedar Hills, Lake Oswego, Seaside, Tigard, and Vancouver. Positions range from Store Manager and Department Lead, to Sales Associate, Cashier, Carryout and more.
