The clients were looking for Pacific Northwest flavor at their newly built home with desirable views in southeast Washington. The land was originally flat and positioned on a fescue farm. Their main priority for the landscape design was to create a versatile outdoor living area for themselves, their children, and their many guests to enjoy.

The clients preferred most of the landscaping to be done in the expansive backyard area where they intended to spend most of their time. The scope of work included a large natural pool with a hot tub, flowing water features, and an outdoor fireplace for entertaining, along with color variation in the plantings for a natural woodland feel. Paver paths and gravel walkways were installed to connect each element of the landscape. A sport court and soccer field were created so their children could stay active throughout the year.
