2023: Seth Lewelling Elementary School

We were thrilled to be able to return to Lewelling Elementary School again in 2023 to help revive their courtyard.

The space had recently been opened up to the children and new picnic tables were added so the kids could enjoy lunch outside, but it still didn’t have many plants or enough spaces where the kids could engage with the outdoors.

An old water feature had sat dormant and overgrown for a long time, so our Residential Maintenance Enhancements crew brought it back to life. We also installed a series of hexagonal raised planter boxes to make mini sensory gardens filled with native plants for sun and shade for the kids to enjoy all year!
