We adjust our schedule depending on the needs of your yard and plants, typically visiting your property once a week throughout the growing season (mid-spring through mid-fall). We shift our focus during the winter months and cater to the specific needs of your plants, landscape, and landscaping features, usually performing maintenance every other week.
If you would like a different schedule, let’s talk! Please fill out our inquiry form to let us know your needs and get a free consultation.
4. Do you offer gardening services?
Yes! We offer gardening services that set us apart from landscapers who simply mow lawns and rake leaves. We understand plants and prune, deadhead, fertilize, and replant your garden when appropriate for each plant.
We excel at custom landscape maintenance services and are here to help your garden and landscape look immaculate without the hassle. Fill out our inquiry form and tell us more about your garden’s needs.
5. Will you replace sick or dying plants in my landscape?
Yes! If we installed your landscape with our landscape design build team, all the plants are under warranty with free replacements for one year after landscape installation is complete. If someone else installed your landscape or you are outside your one-year warranty, we can replace any unhappy plants for a small fee and the cost of the plant.
6. What are your lawn care services?
Lawns are an important part of many landscapes, and we take pride in keeping them looking healthy and well maintained! We mow and edge lawns, fertilize when appropriate, overseed to encourage growth in challenging conditions, and aerate lawns to improve growth and drainage.
7. Do you service swimming pools?
No, we do not service swimming pools, but we can recommend other contractors who do. We can, however, service water features such as ponds, waterfalls, fountains, etc.
8. Can you maintain my sloped property?
Yes, we can maintain sloped landscapes as well as enhance your sloped property to potentially make it safer and easier to use.
9. Do you maintain irrigation and watering systems?
Yes! As part of our standard landscape maintenance package, we do sprinkler adjustments, irrigation system winterization and spring turn on, and overall water management for your landscape.
10. Will you maintain my outdoor living room/kitchen area?
While we keep outdoor living spaces clear of leaves and organic matter, we do not specifically maintain outdoor living rooms or kitchens, including appliances and furniture.
11. Do you remove debris like grass cuttings, pine needles, and leaves?
Yes, we remove grass cuttings, pine needles, and fallen leaves from your landscape. Fall leaf cleanup is included in our standard landscape maintenance package and we are careful to collect weeds and other plant matter as we work through your landscape.
12. Can you service and maintain water features?
Yes! As part of our custom add-on services, we can clean and maintain your water features. We will provide a quote for this during your free consultation based on the size and complexity of your waterfall, fountain, or pond.

15. How much does your landscape maintenance cost?

16. Can I gift a landscape maintenance service to someone else?
Yes, you can give landscape maintenance as a gift to someone else! Like our standard landscape maintenance contracts, you must purchase a full year contract for the lucky recipient.
17. How can I increase or reduce the frequency of my maintenance?
We like to maintain properties weekly through the growing season to be able to service and address issues quickly. We are always able to adjust scope of work to increase or decrease what we do and can update your contract based on those changes.
18. What should I expect for winter landscape maintenance?
In winter, the needs of your landscape will change as plants become dormant and there is more rain and snowfall. In fall, we adjust and winterize your irrigation, typically turning it off until spring. Fall is also a great time to prune back plants as appropriate to help them flourish during the next year, and after these winter prep activities are complete, we typically adjust our maintenance schedule to every other week.
We also offer snow and ice removal as well as storm clean up as an add-on service. Please note that we can’t predict the amount of storm clean up that occurs each year, so availability of these services likely will depend on the extent of damage in the metro area.
19. Can you provide landscape maintenance services for my business or other venue?
Yes! We have a commercial landscaping division that can install a new landscape and provide commercial landscape maintenance. Please talk to your account manager or reach out directly to our commercial division to learn more.
