We have 5 retail locations and encourage you to come visit! Please drop by a garden center or plant shop to get inspired while you explore your local resource for year-round gardening. Whether gathering plants and supplies for your outdoor space or finding houseplants, pottery, and home décor, we’ve got what you’re looking for.

Feel free to use our website to check inventory at each location—each shop has a slightly different inventory. Shop online for curbside pickup or delivery to your home! Perfect for that busy errand day or that new plant is simply too big for your vehicle!

3. What types of products do you sell?
We have a huge selection of indoor and outdoor plants, pots, garden and home décor, gardening supplies, seeds, fertilizers and soil, and more at each of our garden center locations. Our urban plant shop at Bridgeport Village offers a broad selection of houseplants, pots, and beautiful home décor. We encourage you to check out our online catalog to view current inventory at each location.
4. Do you offer a rewards or loyalty program?

5. Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we do! You can purchase gift cards online or in store. Your gift card will work at any Dennis’ 7 Dees retail location and also on our online store. They never expire and make wonderful gifts for the gardener or plant lover in your life!
6. What is your return policy?
Generally speaking, we do not accept returns of plants. For non-perishable products we accept unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days for in-store credit with proof of purchase.
7. Do you ship plants out of state?
No, we are not able to ship plants out of state from our garden center locations.
8. Are you a wholesale nursery?
No, we are not a wholesale nursery—we have retail garden centers and a plant shop that are open to the public. If you are in a related industry and are interested in securing a professional discount, please reach out via our landscape contractor discount form.
9. Do you offer a warranty on plants?
We pride ourselves on selling healthy, quality plant material and our priority is to set you up for success with advice along the way. If you have concerns about the health of your plants, please reach out to us—we’re always here to help.
Unless otherwise noted, we warranty regularly priced hardy trees and shrubs that fail in the ground despite consistent watering, within one (1) year of purchase. Plant remains and proof of purchase required for warranty or in-store credit.
10. Can I bring my dog or pet into the garden centers?
We love meeting your furry friends! Well-behaved dogs are welcome at our garden centers on a leash.
11. I need help with planting. What services do you offer? Do you offer landscape services?
We would be delighted to plant your new plants into your landscape! In addition to curbside delivery, we can plant your new horticultural finds for an hourly fee. Learn more and schedule plant delivery and planting services here.

Please note that planting services are available at our garden centers, but not our plant shop in Tigard (however, delivery and residential design is available).
12. Do you offer repotting services?
Yes! Plant repotting is a service we provide. Please call ahead to make an appointment as we can’t guarantee same day service.
13. Are your locations ADA accessible?
Yes, they are all ADA and wheelchair accessible!
14. Which plants are safe for children or pet-safe?
Many plants are considered child and pet-safe, but we strongly encourage you to ask our staff or your veterinarian about specific child or pet-safe plants and be aware of your own child’s particular allergies and sensitivities to certain plants. We are not liable for any harm that may come from plants that may be accidentally ingested.

15. Do you have a certain plant in stock?
To check whether a plant is in stock, please select your garden center and either browse or use the search bar. You can also call the relevant store location if you prefer.
16. Do you ship plants that I order online?
Yes, if you are nearby. We can deliver plants within the Portland Metro area or you can choose curbside pickup and visit the garden center in person after completing your purchase online. This is a great way to ‘reserve’ a plant if stock is running low.
17. Do you deliver?
Yes—locally. We deliver plants and gardening products and supplies to most locations within the Portland Metro area; delivery fees apply. Inquire in store at your local garden center or shop online for more details.
18. Do you offer gardening classes?
Yes, we are constantly updating our classes and have a mix of both live streamed and in-person classes. Live streamed classes are recorded and are available to view on YouTube and Vimeo. View all upcoming gardening classes here.
19. Do you host private events?
Yes! Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your event. We’d love to be a part of it!
20. I work for a charity or non-profit. Do you offer discounts or donations?
We have a few options for non-profits and we’re excited to help our community grow!
Discounted Gift Cards: Purchase discounted gift cards, sell them at full price, and keep the profits!
- $25 gift cards for $21.25 (you make $3.75 per card)
- $50 gift cards for $42.50 (you make $7.50 per card)
“Shop to Give Back”: Pick a day and spread the word to your community. Shop with your special code and 7% of the sales go directly to your organization!

21. Do you offer plant rentals?
Yes, we offer short term plant rentals and garden décor for events! Whether you’re hosting a wedding, a corporate event, or even staging a home for real estate, our indoor and outdoor plant rental service will help make your event and space stand out.
