3. Do you offer seasonal services, like snow and ice salting or cleanup?
Yes! We offer salting for snow and ice, and also snow and ice cleanup. This is a custom service priced according to your specific needs that helps keep your commercial property safe and accessible, year-round.
4. How often should I schedule a maintenance team to visit my property?
Our landscape crews will visit your property on an agreed-upon schedule based on the needs of your property. There are no pre-determined, typical site visit schedules given the range of property types we service, but as a rule of thumb, we will visit most properties at least once per week during the growing season (spring through fall) and typically every other week in the winter.
If you would like to schedule additional landscape maintenance or a one-time cleanup, please call our main office and we will put you in touch with an Account Manager who can meet you on site and provide a quote.
5. Will you replace sick or dying plants in my landscape?
Our typical warranty period is 12 months from time of installation, provided that there is a functional irrigation system in place. We do not warranty non-irrigated plant material.
If your plants are within warranty, we can replace plants in your landscape. If these plants were not planted by us, we have no warranty for them and will charge you the cost of the plants, plus labor. This is priced on a job-by-job basis.
6. What are your lawn care services?
We pride ourselves on maintaining lawns that look green, tidy, and healthy. We accomplish this in three main ways:
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure grass and lawns have enough water. We use Weathermatic irrigation controls that take into account the exact location, sun and shade, grass type, current weather conditions, and more to water exactly how often your lawn needs to be watered. This cutting-edge system has notably reduced wasteful water use and is one way we act on our commitment to sustainability.
- Fertilize grass, as needed, throughout the year, depending on your soil type(s). Fertilizer restores nutrients that keep grass looking green and is a key part of lawn care.
- Appropriate mowing practices help grass to grow into a lush carpet. We adjust our mower heights depending on your preferences, and we visit regularly to keep your lawn looking tidy, even in the busy spring growing season here in the Pacific Northwest.
If your lawn is struggling in shade or too much natural groundwater, we may also overseed the grass to help new shoots fill in patches, or aerate the lawn to help with drainage.
7. Do you remove debris like grass cuttings, pine needles, and leaves?
Yes, we remove all grass cuttings, branches, and pruning debris from your property. During the fall, we schedule special leaf cleanup visits and can vacuum up all the leaves that may have accumulated.
We’re proud that we can compost all yard debris with a custom system that produces fertile compost, instead of being dumped into landfill—good for your landscape and the environment as a whole!
8. Can you service and maintain water features?
Yes, we have a team of certified and experienced technicians and irrigation specialists who can service and maintain water features. Please speak to an Account Manager to ensure your water feature is within our scope.

11. How much does your landscape maintenance cost?
Our landscape maintenance services vary property to property and thus, so does our pricing. We’d love to learn more about your property via our landscape maintenance quote request form.
12. How can I increase or reduce the frequency of my landscape maintenance visits?
Every commercial maintenance property is assigned a dedicated Account Manager and they will be your point of contact to make any scheduling changes. They can also make recommendations based on the specific layout and plants in your landscape if you would like to alter your current schedule.
13. What should I expect for winter landscape maintenance?
In winter, the needs of your landscape will change as plants become dormant and there is more rain and snowfall. In the fall, we adjust and winterize your irrigation, typically turning it off until spring. The fall is also a great time to prune back plants, as appropriate, to help them flourish in the next year, and after these winter preparation activities are complete, we normally adjust our maintenance schedule to every other week or even once per month, depending on the site.
We also offer snow and ice removal and storm cleanup. Both are add-on services, and we cannot predict the amount of storm cleanup that occurs each year.
